Garrett is an attorney who has practiced in commercial litigation, and has managed healthcare and non-profit organizations.
Garrett joined Openlands’ Board in 2008 where she serves as Chair of the Governance Committee, which oversees board recruitment, membership criteria, and human resources.
Garrett is a member of the Board of Directors of ReNew Communities, Northwestern Medicine Lake Forest Hospital Women’s Board, and the Allendale Board. She is passionate about Openlands’ mission and enjoys hiking, photography, trout fishing and birding.
Garrett lives in Lake Forest. She received her B.A. from Duke University and her J.D. from Washington University School of Law.
