Carrie McNally serves as special counsel in the Corporate Practice Group of Sheppard, Mullin, Richter & Hampton LLP. In this role, Carrie negotiates and prepares documentation for financial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, for private and publicly held companies.
Prior to joining Sheppard, Mullin, Richter & Hampton, Carrie was a Partner at Bell, Boyd & Lloyd LLP.
Carrie joined Openlands’ Board in 2005 and served as its Chair from 2016 to 2020. She has also been a member of the Development Committee and Governance Committee.
Carrie is a member of the Cristo Rey Jesuit High School Leadership Advisory Council, a guild member of the Chicago Botanic Garden, and participates in the Chicago Alumni Group of the National Outdoor Leadership School.
Carrie lives in Lincoln Park. She received her B.A. from Duke University and her J.D. from Georgetown University.
