Rebecca Tobar is the Development & Data Associate. She is an experienced fundraising professional with a strong focus on individual giving. Having relocated from California in late 2019, Rebecca was inspired by the rich philanthropic culture of Chicago and decided to utilize her sales and marketing experience in the nonprofit sector. She holds a Master’s in Nonprofit Management from DePaul University, where she was driven by a desire to create meaningful, sustainable impact within nonprofit organizations. Her background in English from Saint Leo University further solidified her ability to craft compelling narratives that resonate with donors and stakeholders alike. Combining her writing skills with her expertise in philanthropy, Rebecca brings a thoughtful and strategic approach to donor engagement and development, ensuring that every interaction deepens connection and support. She is dedicated to leveraging her skills to foster growth and broaden the reach of the causes she serves.
