Deanna Graham is Director of Design and Implementation at W.W. Grainger, Inc., a $17.2 billion leading broad line distributor with operations primarily in North America, Japan and the United Kingdom. She currently leads the design of technology solutions that help large customers manage inventory more efficiently. Over her career, she has held leadership roles spanning investor relations, strategic planning, merchandising, and supply chain.
Deanna joined Openlands’ Board in 2025, inspired by a personal commitment to conservation and a lifelong love of the outdoors. Her love of nature stemmed from traveling as she has pursued visiting all of the U.S. National Parks and other adventures globally. She took that passion to her own home after an Openlands Lands in Harmony consult years ago to add more native plants and remove local buckthorn.
She lives in Libertyville, IL and recently acquired land in Grayslake that she is working to restore. Prior to Openlands, Deanna served on advisory councils for Women Employed and Feed My Starving Children.
Deanna holds a B.S. in Accounting and Supply Chain Management from Indiana University and an M.B.A. from the University of North Carolina. She is also a recent fellow of Leading Women’s Executives through the Corporate Leadership Center.
