The Maywood Grove Canoe Launch, located at Ohio Street & Des Plaines Avenue in Maywood, IL, and managed by the Forest Preserves of Cook County, is open year-round from sunrise to sunset.

Situated along the Des Plaines River, this scenic spot provides convenient water access for paddlers while also serving as a peaceful riverside retreat within the preserve.

Visitors will find a parking lot, an accessible portable bathroom, and a designated canoe landing for launching small boats, canoes, and kayaks.

The surrounding trails and natural setting make it an inviting destination for outdoor enthusiasts to enjoy paddling, walking, or simply relaxing by the water.
