Lambs Woods

About Lambs Woods

A mature oak forest provides the scenic backdrop of Lambs Woods, located at the intersection of Farrell and Bruce Roads in rural Lockport. This 75-acre preserve was acquired by the Forest preserve District of Will County in 1971 to protect a mature oak woodland in a rapidly urbanizing area. Lambs Woods features a picnic shelter, drinking water, and restroom facilities.
