Ochuko supports Openlands as Staff Accountant, where she manages account payable, process staff expense reimbursement, reconcile Bank statement and Visa expense statement and Support month end and year end closing. With over 10 years of experience in Accounting, Ochuko brings expertise in proven analytical skills for financial analysis, data interpretation, and good communication skills.
Before joining Openlands, she worked as a Staff Accountant at Safer Foundation for almost 8 years, where she performs various functions which include monitoring clients gift cards, transportation, and other financial reporting. Her notable achievement was ensuring that all the necessary items needed by the Clients were always available whenever they needed. Ochuko holds a Bachelor of Accounting degree from Delta state University, Abraka, Nigeria, and associate degree from City colleges of Chicago- Kennedy King College.
She is Passionate about getting her work done in a timely manner error free before the deadline. Ochuko is known for responding to emails as soon as received and she is a hard-working employee that tends to get her work completed before the due date.
Her hobbies and interests include walking in the park, reading books, watching movies and volunteering at her local church.
