Carrie McNally serves as special counsel in the Corporate Practice Group of Sheppard, Mullin, Richter & Hampton LLP. In this role, Carrie negotiates and prepares documentation for financial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, for private and publicly held companies.
Prior to joining Sheppard, Mullin, Richter & Hampton, Carrie was a Partner at Bell, Boyd & Lloyd LLP.
Carrie joined Openlands’ Board in 2005 and served as its Chair from 2016 to 2020. She has also been a member of the Development Committee and Governance Committee.
Carrie is also a member of the Chicago Board of Directors of Cradles to Crayons and a member of the Alumni Council at St. George’s School.
Carrie lives in Lincoln Park. She received her B.A. from Duke University and her J.D. from Georgetown University.
