Aimee Collins

As Conservation Manager, Aimee Collins works on transactions, partnerships, and outreach for land preservation projects with a key focus on the Hackmatack National Wildlife Refuge. She is the co-administrator of the ComEd Green Region Program and a Board member of Friends of Hackmatack National Wildlife Refuge. Aimee has a diverse background in the environmental field including volunteer engagement, biological research and restoration, environmental education, speaking engagements, and coordinating a successful open space referendum campaign. Aimee joined Openlands in 2010 as the Site Manager for the Openlands Lakeshore Preserve.
